SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING POLICIES:

Any orders placed for shipping will ship within 24-48 business hours from the order being placed.

Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Mondays. (Shipping is only from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm).

Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping’s addresses or certain items

Currently, we are not handling shipments outside of Florida or some zip codes out of range.

 

BRANCH PICK-UP POLICIES:

Orders can be picked up at any of our locations from Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be ready to be picked up by Monday after the order has been processed at the chosen location by the customer.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Products purchased (which remain in the same or substantially similar condition as when purchased), may be returned for store credit or exchanged within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Exclusions to our Return Policy above include – special orders (including but not limited to tiles or materials not maintained regularly in stock).  These items are custom items and may not be returned or exchanged once the order is processed.

After thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, products may not be returned or exchanged, however, MT Pool will provide general assistance with parts for products purchased up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.
